The place
A setting for your story.
An 1870s former church on the edge of downtown, restored into one of Nashville's most striking indoor venues. Soaring ceilings, arched windows, and a mezzanine that wraps the room. The bones of the building do half the composition for you.
Indoors-only here is a feature, not a limit. The film you imagined is the film you get.
Indoor consistency makes this a true twelve-month venue. A January film here looks like a June film, which almost nothing outdoors can say. Winter weddings especially shine: while outdoor venues lose their light by five, the arched windows and warm interior glow keep this film rich all evening.
From behind the camera
- Arched windows light the hall. Daytime ceremonies barely need anything added
- The mezzanine gives high, quiet angles on the first dance with the room in frame
- We tie into the house sound system for clean vows and toasts, backups rolling
- Indoor consistency makes this film immune to the forecast
- Empty-room frames before guests arrive become the film's establishing shots. We build that into the shooting schedule
- Evening events run on warm interior light. We expose for faces and let the room glow, never blast a light into it
From morning to night
Let the day unfold.
The morning
We arrive before the room fills. Empty-hall frames under those ceilings open the film and give your day its sense of scale.
The ceremony
One camera high on the mezzanine, quiet and unseen; floor cameras work tight, and we tie into the house sound system so the vows arrive clean.
Golden hour
Late-day sun through the arched windows is this building's portrait light. We hold ten minutes for it before the room turns over.
The night
First dance from the mezzanine with the whole room in frame, then down to the floor for the faces, high and wide, then close and human.
