Filming in Hendersonville

A day here feels different.

Hendersonville lives on Old Hickory Lake. The town wraps around its coves and inlets, half the neighborhoods end at a dock, and the water shows up in wedding plans whether couples intend it or not. Johnny Cash called this lake home for decades; the romance of the place isn’t new.

Explore our full-day wedding videography, built around the people in the room.

  1. 01

    The water

A ceremony lawn that slopes to the shore, a reception with sails drifting past the windows, a couple’s portrait at the exact minute the lake turns to glass. We hold the portrait window for that minute.

  2. 02

    The stone

Rock Castle was begun in 1784, older than the State of Tennessee, and you can feel that permanence through a lens. Its stone holds light late, so the last frames of the day linger there.

  3. 03

    The voices

A lake town hands us the raw material: water light, quiet coves, stone that doesn’t change. We bring the voices: your vows, the toasts, the prayer your grandfather insisted on giving, woven into a film that makes you feel all the feels of your wedding day, thirty years from now.

  4. 04

    Archived forever

Permanence is sort of our thing too. Every frame we film is archived forever, and the weddings we filmed nine years ago are still on our drives. Couples have come back five years later asking for an anniversary re-edit, and we had every frame waiting. If you ever lose your wedding films, come back to us. We have a copy. That’s not fine print; it’s how this has always worked.

If you lost your wedding video ever, just come back to me. I probably still have them. The drive is still running.

The setting

Where your day gets made.

Every pin on Hendersonville’s small map has character:

  • Rock Castle

Begun in 1784, stone walls and a lake lawn older than the state.

  • Sanctuary on Main

An 1893 church reborn as a light-flooded venue, steeple intact.

  • Drakewood Farm

Farmhouse weddings just outside town, porch light and pasture.
