Filming in Thompson’s Station

A day here feels different.

Thompson’s Station is a railroad-stop town that never got around to becoming a city, and that’s exactly its charm. Ten minutes past Franklin the storefronts give way to open Williamson County farmland (fence lines, hay rolls, hills that go gold in October), and somehow two of Middle Tennessee’s most distinctive wedding venues ended up here, practically sharing a stretch of Columbia Pike. Two venues, two completely different films, one tiny town.

Explore our full-day wedding videography, built around the people in the room.

  1. 01

    The manor

Homestead Manor, on that pike since 1819, is all morning light through old glass and the long shadows the oaks throw across the lawn at six o’clock. The classic Southern-manor wedding: getting ready in the upstairs rooms, ceremony on the lawn, dinner under the trees.

  2. 02

    The quarry

Graystone Quarry’s stone walls bounce sound in every direction, so we plug straight into the venue’s system and mic you both. Every word of your vows survives, clean, over the water.

  3. 03

    The plan

Both options include a relaxed planning call six weeks out, where we map your timeline hour by hour. After that call, you never have to think about videography again.

  4. 04

    The brainstorming call

Couples often tour both venues in one afternoon, and we’re happy to talk through how each one films before you commit to anything. It’s not a sales call. Nobody asks for a credit card at the end. We’ll walk your day together and build a couple of custom options. Only a paid retainer reserves your date.

After that call, you don’t have to stress about videography ever again from that point on.

The setting

Where your day gets made.

Two headliners share this tiny town, and both have full venue files:

  • Homestead Manor ↗

Antebellum brick, a columned porch, and oak shade on Columbia Pike since 1819, already old when Tennessee was young.

  • Graystone Quarry ↗

A working quarry reborn as a venue: ceremonies at the bottom of a stone bowl, waterfall behind the altar, reception hall built into the rock.

  • Preservation Park

The old town core, porches and rail-stop texture for portraits.
