The short answer
What is a save the date film?
A short, stylized film that announces your wedding date, usually 60 to 90 seconds, shot at a location of your choice around an idea we brainstorm together. It is delivered digitally for text, email and social, so your guests feel the two of you months before the wedding.
The first chapter
A little film. A big beginning.
The brainstorm is included. The shoot, the idea, the music and the way you share it are built around the two of you.
“It was just a 10 out of 10 experience. Matter of fact, 12 out of 10.”
“He made a plan for the whole day.”“I didn't expect we're gonna spend the whole day”
The process
Your idea, all the way to play.
- 01
Brainstorm together
“We never just go and film.” One 20–30 minute call, both of you on it. We dream up the idea, the location, the look, the song. Come with a Pinterest board or come with nothing. Both work.
- 02
The shoot
This is the one film where we step out from behind the wall. We direct, we choreograph, we play. One planned shoot, zero guesswork, because the whole thing was mapped before we ever pressed record.
- 03
The film lands
A short, share-ready film delivered digitally, sized for texting, email, Instagram, and the family group chat. Post it, send it, or save it for the perfect moment.
The film
A date worth looking forward to.
The announcement should feel like you two
A wedding day has a run-of-show; a save-the-date has a blank page. If a paper card under a fridge magnet doesn’t feel like enough, this is your film.
Your story lives somewhere specific
The beach where you met, the city where the question was asked: we film it wherever the story actually happened, in Tennessee or out of state.
You want to meet your film team early
Many couples meet us through this little film first, then keep the same team for the whole day, so the wedding morning starts with familiar faces.
